How long does it take to set up a ticketbro?

You can see your sales figures by simply clicking the dashboard button.
At the dashboard, you are going to be able to see widgets like your total revenue, total orders number, amount of tickets...

During normal working hours (Mo-Fr from 09 am-06 pm), our support team will be available to help you.
We do not charge you any additional fees for this.

Are there any costs for setting up ticketbro?

After your consumer has purchased a ticket, the money will go directly to your ticketbro wallet. So basically you’re always having full control and access to your earned money and you can initiate a payout to your bank account at any time. There’s no limit for payout and starting from 5€ on, you can transfer your money to your own bank account. 


However, this can usually take up to 2-3 days, depending on your bank. But nowadays most banks are offering instant money transfer options, so that you’re recieving your money almost instant.

By ticketbro there is no such a thing as "minimum contract". You can always decide not to use our services in case you don't need them anymore.

How long is the minimum contract period if I choose ticketbro?

While using ticketbro you can have many administrators as you wish. You can also set different access rights to administrators. Furthermore you can also added almost unlimited employees by creating an account for them with the user role “employee”,
We are not paying any additional fees for this service.

How many administrators can I create in ticketbro?

Fairness and transparency are extremely important for ticketbro. This is also reflected in the pricing system. There is a ticketbro fee of 8%, which includes all costs (booking, payment, etc.). There are no other hidden costs!
This fee can be passed on 100% to the client or distributed proportionally.
